Easy ten minute walk to Stanmore Station from my house. Use the Douglas Street exit (not Trafalgar Street). Regular trains to the city (every 10-15 minutes) and to the west.

In my humble opinion, La Disfida has the best pizza in Sydney, if you like thin crusts. Haberfield is one of Sydney's best kept secrets - fabulous Italians food and lovely Federation houses. One short bus ride from my house, or a 10 minute drive.
