Duncan Ray is the only resident chef who will be serving you for your dinner and his approach is all about the attention to detail. Duncan prepares just a small amount of covers/ dinners on a given evening – perhaps only for 20 people. So this type of dining experience is all about the quality, it is about being in the hands of a very capable chef and it will undoubtedly be an experience to savour.

The menu is updated regularly offering fresh inspiration and seasonality, and also offers bar snacks and delicious cocktails!
