Most participants (young and old, fit and very unfit!) do this in order to get points for their health insurance, however, it is a great way to get out and begin the day (which is sunny most of the time!) and be motivated together with others!

The building is a renovated Congregational church Hall, and the shows are usually based on South African theater, and enjoyed by all. It honours the history and memory of the once vibrant community that was so savagely uprooted during the Apartheid Era. Definitely worth a visit and a show!
