The Seward Community Library & Museum has partnered with two local non-profits to provide 'Two movies at 2pm' every day during the summer months. These two movies cover the historical Good Friday earthquake of 1964 and Sewards connection to the long standing Iditarod dog race. I highly recommend you take the time to attend these films and support a much needed resource in our community.

The Yukon Bar recieved their liquor license in the early 1920's and has been a long standing staple for the Seward Community. Go enjoy the live music, colorful locals, and great bartenders. Ask about the Yukon Bars connection to the world famous Mt. Marathon race and why there are dollor bills covering the ceiling. Dont forget to add your dollor to the collection!
