The lakes are really nice for walkers, cycling and dog owners. It's about a mile loop. A few minutes in the car, park at Butlers Hill Tram Stop.

A bigger version of Newstead and a different experience with bigger grounds, art installations, restaurant, tea rooms, lakes and so on. I think Newstead has more charm, but that's just me :)

Well it's Nottingham Castle. Try and catch the Cave Tour which is very informative, who knew that there are sandstone tunnels running throughout the whole of Nottingham.

England's Oldest pub and a tourist trap. Serving warm beer and okay food. But to sit in a pub nearly a 1,000 years old is worth it! Try and squeeze into the snug at back or go upstairs.
