Super good high-end mall in the city center. With plenty of brand clothing, restaurants, cinema and even a hotel! Great for shopping sprees. Would suggest to check out Zara, Bershka and Stradivarus, nice brand clothes not so expensive.

As you might now, Santo Domingo is the first city of the new world (meaning first settlement in the whole continent after Christpher Colombus arrival), there you will find plenty of museums and intact colonial buildings. Would absolutely recommend to visit Alcazar de Colon.
