This is our favourite place to visit. Ranked one of the best beaches in the country. Walk out towards the shore line, past the semi-circular basin which fills at high tide. Once you are past the lagoon, the beach is wonderfully unspoilt. It stretches for miles and is just the place for a bracing walk.

It’s always a fantastic Norfolk beach to walk on, whatever time of year you visit, but the nicest time is when the tide is out.

A great trip out for all ages and your pretty much guaranteed to see the seals. They leave from Morston Quay and vary in duration. Some land on Blakeney point so you can have a chance to explore. You need to book in advance.
