Chatter's is located in Atlanta and is a great bar/restaurant scene with keno. You can ride here all year round through the ORV trail system. We love to snowmobile here in the winter months!

Avalon Lake is one of the cleanest/clearest lakes in Michigan. It's a hidden gem and only a short 10 minute drive from the Kozy Kabin. It's great for boating, jet skis, kayaking, and watersports. There is a public beach and boat launch located on County Road 459. This is our FAVORITE lake in the area, and we live right by it, you'll probably find us here! We like to say it's Michigan's Carribean because the crystal clear blue/green waters!

Avalon Lake is one of the cleanest/clearest lakes in Michigan. It's a hidden gem and only a short 10 minute drive from the Kozy Kabin. It's great for boating, jet skis, kayaking, and watersports. There is a public beach and boat launch located on County Road 459. This is our FAVORITE lake in the area, and we live right by it, you'll probably find us here! We like to say it's Michigan's Carribean because the crystal clear blue/green waters!
Fletcher Pond is the place to go if you like to fish! It is a fisherman's paradise, as we've never been 'skunked' fishing here!
