This is the best spot to buy Kefalonian cheese and local meat. The Stamoulis cheese factory was established and operates since 1995 in Potamianata Pylaros. Goat and sheep milk is processed in the Stamoulis farm and other producers on the island. The products produced are Feta, Kefalotyri, Graviera, cream cheese, Myzithra Stania, Dry Myzithra, spicy cheese dip, and traditional sheep yogurt. My favourite is the Feta!
