Miami Beach - South Beach
I love that this has a park and more relaxed vibe that further up on Miami Beach. It’s a beautiful point to view the water and relax. While this south point is casual, the restaurants nearby tend to be a bit more upscale so bring something to change into if you plan to eat south of fifth. As you head north toward Lincoln road, the beaches tend to get more crowded and things are more casual.

Metromover
The metromover is a free public transportation option that you can take from the condo down to brickell to avoid the often brutal brickell traffic. A few blocks south of the condo you can board at the School Board stop (last stop on the train) and take it south toward brickell. Your way home is the Omni loop and you are the last stop. I recommend this to get to a show at the performing arts center, or to shop at brickell city center!

Wynwood art scene
It can be quite busy in Wynwood but there are tons of shops and local artists as well as restaurants, bars and the famous Wynwood Walls. North of Wynwood is the more upscale Design District, also with wonderful restaurants and higher end shops. Creative flair flows throughout both of these neighborhoods.
