There is a passenger ferry (07968 334441) which will take you across to Mudeford sandbank where you will find the the popular Beach House cafe on the spit for dining in or takeaway (01202 424474) Beautifully scenic looking back along the coast line. If you're feeling energenic a scenic walk from here to Hengistbury Head where you can call into the visitors centre for interesting information on the area.
