Brenda Cyr is amazing. Check out one of her classes, she is a physical therapist, and also teaches all kinds of things like yoga and body rolling, and SUP YOGA!

What a great place! You can learn how to SUP (stand up paddle board) or rent a board if you know how to already. They do SUP races, and all kinds of fun places! Highly recommend!
