Addi's is a fantastic Ethiopian restaurant accross the street from the Main Street Bed and Breakfast, featuring fine Ethiopian cuisine at a really great price. I admit, I haven't been here yet. Looks like I need to get my priorities in order!

Okay, first, I wouldn't lie to you. Second, this is the best Hawaiian food I've had outside of Hawaii. The steak and kalua pig are amazing! Kona Cafe is about a 10 minute drive from the Main Street Bed and Breakfast, but I would seriously walk there if there was mac salad waiting for me.

The Public House, located right across the street from the Main Street Bed and Breakfast, is a beautiful chapel converted into a combination restaurant, bar, and whiskey library. It features 2 restaurants and a cookie dough bar, and often showcases local musicians. It's rad.

If you're looking for nightlife, look to Broadway in downtown Eugene. A 10-15 minute uber or car ride away, and you'll find great drinks and dancing with no cover! You'll probably run into me there.

Spectrum is the newly-opened LBGTQIA bar and community center in town. It's got a friendly staff and really cool atmosphere. They are working on the music, but hey, not everyone's perfect, right?

Springfield is the gateway to the McKenzie river! Island park, which meanders along the shores of the McKenzie, is just 2 blocks away and features breathtaking views of the river. It's also the put-in for tubing!
