Ash Meadows is beautiful and FREE!!! It's also the only place where the Pupfish lives. Ash Meadow's isn't very far from the house and it's definitely a must-see!

A-maze-ing! Drive down the winding road to China Ranch--you won't believe it! Go for a little hike when you get to the gift shop--there's a nice path to walk with a little brook. Make sure you get a Date Shake!!! They are worth the extra calories!

Also--be sure to walk the Labrynth---it's very calming and zen. Make sure you also stop at the little purple hut and tap on the handmade metal drums--each is so unique.

bring plenty of water!!!!
This is the desert! It gets hot and dusty and there's not much around so bring plenty of water and make sure you gas up your vehicle. Sturdy shoes are recommended as well.
