This place is great for Skiers and snowboarders of all ages and experience levels. It also has a great indoor water park, and wonderful activities for the kids as well!
DIRECTIONS:
To House:
Once you get to Johnson Village, turn onto 100C, go ¾ of a mile and on your right, you will see a cluster of mailboxes and a sign that reads, “CABIN COVE” Turn up that road and I am the second on the left. The house has grey siding on it.
Directions to Smugg’s:
When you get to the bottom of the driveway, take a left, follow road to the end. Then take a right onto RT 15. You’ll follow the road all the way until to get to Jeffersonville. Go through the roundabout and take second exit, once you come to the store (Madonna Mobile on left, and Jana’s on the right), take that left-hand turn. Follow until the road bears right, and stay on road until you hit Smugg’s.

This is an upscale restaurant that offers free nightly music. The owner, Tom has two places, and he is wonderful. It's under 3 miles from the house and is worth trying out.

This is a small bar that the locals love. (They call themselves a dive bar... but here's why you want to go,,, And if you're anything like me, I prefer a dive bar) Why do you wanna go there? Because the owner, Janet has won best food in Stowe 5 years in a row. They offer men and women's sides, with steam rooms, hot tubs, saunas, and my personal favorite, mineral pools. All are very warm, or hot and when you enter the women's/men's suite, they have water flavored with Cucumbers, oranges, apples, pears, and fruit tp eat. They offer every type of massage, facial and more that you can think of. They have a salon in house, work out rooms, and a shop to buy swimwear, makeup, and amazing and skin products. They have an indoor swimming pool, and when you go downstairs to the lockers rooms, there is another whole spa, and a game room in the back, and outdoor hot tubs. This is my absolute favorite place for spirits. The owners, Tim and Howie make the best organic vodkas, (flavored and not flavored, many flavors that are 100% organic) as well as organic gin, and organic maple liquor. You will never get a hangover with any of their stuff. It's triple distilled and I can't even explain how wonderful there products are, and what's more if you go there for a sampling, you'll find the owners are the nicest people you've ever met. I highly recommend this place.
