Mamaia Nord
Considered to be Romania's most popular resort, Mamaia Resort and its baby sister Mamaia North (Sat), are situated immediately north-east of Constanța's city center.
The resorts are situated on a strip of land 8 km (5 miles) in length and only 300 m (330 yd) in width, between the Black Sea and Lake Siutghiol.

Mamaia Nord (Sat) is a new touristic area, situated between Mamaia resort and Navodari city. Developed more as a residential area, North Mamaia is a quiet neighborhood where spacious villas, private B&B's and camping sites on the beach, prevail. In the last years the area has enjoyed a greater attention from tourists, and those that choose Mamaia Nord as the place to spend their summer days will discover a surprising potential for fun and beach front relaxation.

Sometimes the weather can be a problem, as summer rains can start with no warning. Pack a rain coat, just to be on the safe side.

In terms of supermarkets, chose a chain one, they are better supplied and cater home made food.

We speak English.
Most romanians speak or understand English. But, in case you find someone that does not speak or understand, be sure to install a good translation app.
Kretanje gradom
Taxi, private transfer or public transportation.
The taxi from the city train station or the airport can be a little more expensive. The average price is around 4Ron/Km, but it is very important to ask the taxi driver to start the meter, just to be on the safe side.
Public transportation is much cheaper, but it's more time consuming.

Neversea Festival
In case you plan to travel for NEVERSEA (first weekend of every July), make sure you book your tickets in advance, the chance of a last minute available tickets is slim.
