Getting Around
The 27 or 37 bus from the City stops at Muirhouse Shopping Centre. Continue in the direction of the bus & cross the dual carriageway (near Gerry's Cafe) & walk up West Pilton Bank & turn left into West Pilton Drive then my house is 2 blocks down on the left.

Number 16 bus runs from here to the City - all the way along the Forth -giving views of the Forth Bridges, Fife and Leith. A beautiful ride for the cost of a bus fare.

Food Scene
Very varied menu - all cooked to order - but the tasty full English breakfast for about £5 is value for money. Very clean and friendly - lots of my guests have visited and enjoyed it.

My local fish& Chips, Pizza and Kebab take away that also will deliver to my house. Many of my guests have agree that it is delicious.

Forthquarter Park is 5 minutes from the house, is a beautiful park with reservoir, duck pond, river and a running track and access to Gypsy Brae which is at the top of the beach. From here you can easily walk to Crammond or towards Leith Docks.
