Sightseeing
Botanical gardens are close by and well worth having a look at all the flora and fauna, the tropics is an amazing place to visit and see nature at its best. There is also an exercise walk to a view overlooking the city of Cairns and the Ocean. It is called the red arrow, this is also next to the botanical gardens. It is medium to strenuous climbing of stairs, but well worth the view when you reach the top . Cafes and restuarants nearby for a well deserved breakfast/drink
