12South Neighborhood
Our house was completed in March of 2019. We choose this location because of our love for the 12South area - its vibrancy and character. We love the neighborhood’s proximity to downtown Nashville, yet find it filled with authenticity and an energy of its own. We believe 12South is one of Nashville’s most walkable neighborhoods, and we have filled countless days with our family and friends here enjoying great food, activity, and fresh air.
