He was once a pastry specialist at the Houston Country Club and decided to embark on his own VERY successful endeavor. He's open early and can always be found standing behind the counter smiling at each and every guest or refilling coffee wherever he sees possible. You've GOT to stop by and say hi. :)

You can also buy quarters from him but don't push your luck too much. He's a little cranky sometimes but it's actually endearing. There's tide pods in the donkey on the mantle. :)
