As the name implies, they have some creative sushi creations (with generally bizarre or suggestive names -- maybe don't take the kids). They have an all-you-can-eat option and it's one of the best sushi restaurants of that variety that you'll find (I've tried most of the all-you-can-eat sushi in Vegas).

This is almost as much a restaurant as a bar. The food is as great as the drinks (especially breakfast at the ridiculously early hours of morning), and it has a friendly atmosphere. It's also open 24 hours, like every place in Vegas with slot machines.

Part restaurant, part bar, this is a classy location to stay out late. The food is very high quality and the variety of drinks is pretty wide. It's a bit more expensive than similar establishments down the street.

Parks & Nature
This is a beautiful hiking location with fantastically red rocks, hence the name. There is a loop to drive through the park and there are numerous trails if you want to spend all day wandering around.
In late spring, as the snow melts off the mountains, some of the trails end at gorgeous hidden away waterfalls. Try to go in the morning so you miss the heat in the valley!

This is an all-day event or two-day event; the trail is very long and fairly strenuous. It's also a half hour drive from the nearest edge of the city.
This valley is known for its appearance at sunrise and sunset. When the sun glints off the rocks the entire valley almost looks like it's burning! Absolutely try to time your trip so you don't miss it.
