Sightseeing
I highly recommend visiting the wolf preserve if you have enough time during your stay. As far as I know, it's the only place in the world like it. You actually interact with the wolves - you walk into their habit with them, feed them, pet them, sometimes they will lay on your lap... It's definitely intimidating, but well worth it!

A great place to go for an hour or two. It's fun for kids, but adults love it as well. You can touch many of the marine life in the tanks, sometimes you can feed the stingray (but you can always pet them), and sometimes the nurse sharks swim straight up to you and scare the "you know what" outta you! There's an incredible seafood restaurant just around the corner on the bay to eat at after your visit.

Great porch right on the bay! If you like raw oysters then you should definitely give them a try here. They are farmed, but they are some of the best I've ever had. This restaurant is right around the corner from the Gulf Specimen Marine Lab.

Awesome breakfast spot! We frequent this place on the weekends for the friendly staff, the great tasting and priced food, and for the mimosas!!!!

This is our favorite dinner spot and it's just a couple of minutes away by car. The sushi is always fresh, and the staff is always friendly! Sit at the sushi bar and tell them Casey sent you!

When you want a taco there's really no where else to go! The drinks are average, but the tacos are over the top. Ask for a recommendation from the staff. They know what's good!

This one is a bit of a drive from the house, but we go there all the time. I like to tell people that if you don't expect more than an interstate seafood restaurant, then you'll be more than delighted with your visit. The have daily specials (unlimited mimosas on Sunday), and live music on some nights. Grab a Tallahassee Bull newspaper right inside the front door on your way in to entertain yourselves with funny jokes and pictures while you wait on your food.
