It also contains the Sacramento Zoo along with the popular children's theme parks Funderland and Fairy Tale Town. In addition, Land Park is the home to the popular Vic's Ice Cream, Tower Cafe, and Espresso Metropolitan.

The Fab Forties neighborhood is part of the East Sacramento district. President Ronald Reagan lived at 1341 45th Street while serving most of his term as Governor of California. The "Fab '40s" is the historic terminus of a once extensive streetcar network that covered nearly all the historic neighborhoods of the city.
Beautiful Neighborhood Holiday Lights Celebration! The Fab 40s is a great place to walk and look at Christmas Lights with the family while sipping on hot cocoa. Something my family does together every year!
