Lefokastro

A few kilometers from Argalasti, Lefokastro is popular with visitors, for its beautiful crystal clear beach and good taverns and cafes. Nearby is Neochori, a traditional mountain village with a beautiful square. Particularly noteworthy is the 18th-century church dedicated to Agios Dimitrios.

Milina

Milina is located near the shores of the Pagasitic Gulf. It is located 49 km from Volos, between the villages of Argalasti and Lafkos. Near the settlement, we find many picturesque creeks with clear sea all along the coast. In “Valtoudi”, the natural harbor of the village, there are the little islands of “Alatas” and “Prasoudas”. Just a short distance from the settlement, we can visit “Agios Andreas”, a few kilometers outside the village, the ruins of the ancient city of “Olizon”. Still, we can visit the monastery of “Zoodochos Pigi”, the little island of “Prasoudas”, the monastery of “Agioi Saranta” on the little island of “Alatas”, the chapel of “Agia Marina” and the church of “Agios Athanasios”.

Milina is located near the shores of the Pagasitic Gulf. It is located 49 km from Volos, between the villages of Argalasti and Lafkos. Near the settlement, we find many picturesque creeks with clear sea all along the coast. In “Valtoudi”, the natural harbor of the village, there are the little islands of “Alatas” and “Prasoudas”. It is accessible from the village of Metohi or from the coastal road through the village of Milina when coming from the city of Volos. It is 54 km from Volos. It is a distinct village, with a large and impressive plaza, stone fountains and cobblestone streets in which visitors can discover typical Pelion style architecture. Reminiscing walks through the booming neighborhoods of Lafkos while smelling the lovely scents from the courtyards and from the herbs that flourish in every corner of Lafkos and all of Pelion, is the most beautiful memory a visitor will bring home with themselves.
