Microbreweries
If you like trying new microbrews there are several places close to the house for you to go to.
This brewery is only a two-minute walk from the house and there is a coffee shop to one side and a restaurant to the other. Just go out the front door to the house, turn right and at the stop sign turn left. When you get to Cloverdale (the stoplight) turn left again. Once you get past Rasmussen you'll see the brewery and restaurant to your left.

Tin Dog Brewing
309 S Cloverdale StThis brewery is only a two-minute walk from the house and there is a coffee shop to one side and a restaurant to the other. This Brewery is about a 10-minute walk or just a 3-minute drive. Once you get to this part of South Park you will find several restaurants and coffee shops not to mention various types of stores and gas. The South Park bridge is only a couple minutes walk from here.
