In the heart of Zagreb town is the belly that feeds the entire city. Dolac Market is a place to browse for local produce, a perfect place for lazy weekend mornings.
I recommend the last row featuring produce from the costal part of the Croatia, fish market, and underneath, the Veronika dairy, OPG Moravec for goat dairy and Santoku butchery.
A must do when visiting Dolac is to stop for a coffee and observe the bustling life of the market. I recommend Broom 44 for modern style coffee experience or Bistro Amfora for old-fashion but traditionally good seafood dining.
