If you love dinosaurs, this is the place for you. The park features trackways, that, in some places, illustrate the life and death struggle of Jurassic-era dinosaurs. The footprints and drama are preserved in an ancient muddy riverbed that fossilized and have been re-exposed. Amazing to look at. Stop and see Mr. Morris Bussey at the Stone Hut Fossil Shop outside the park. Great guy and knows his stuff. Be sure to make time for the Creation Evidence Museum, also outside the park, that presents an alternative look at evolution. Frankly, I found it entertaining and disagree with their conclusions, but hey--there is room for most beliefs in this wide world, right?
