5 star restaurant and mixologists are best on peninsula. They changed the decor from rustic to LA Modern which we don't like because it lost the Carmel Valley charm, but if you want a nice meal, this is a good place. They also have outdoor seating that is beautiful.

Best margaritas close to the house. The owners are brothers and very cool. The food is really good if you are in the mood for mexican. And you cant beat the bottomless mimosas on Sunday Brunch!

In the mood for a country bar? This one has a juke box and the bartenders rock. If you are in the know, you can get the app and control all of the music. Great burgers.

This is a 12 minute drive from the house but its better pizza than in the village. Plus, if you are gluten free, this pizzeria has gluten free! (Dont forget to ask for extra cheese though)

Best restaurant in Carmel. About a 15-20 min drive from the house. Food is amazing (béarnaise sauce and fries really?) and the mixology of the bartenders is first class.
