If your in the mood for a deli sandwich... Rocky's is a must. The perfect place for fun atmosphere, yummy food, huge portions. Like really.. Share sized portions. The pastrami sandwich is a favorite of ours. They also offer outdoor seating!

Getting Out Doors
Just a few of the things we have explored.... So many more to try when we can make it back up for another visit.
If this place doesn't have it all I don't know what does. It's like you have been throw into the movie "The Santa Claus". Lots of cute fun little shops, a food court and some fun activities for the little.
If your into mountain it appears to be a pretty hot spot, not really our thing but we plan to make it back for the zip line.

This is a great hike. One local told us it was Running Springs best kept secret, it's pretty secluded and quite which really adds to the experience. It's about 3 miles out and back and a clearly marked trail.
As you follow the trail north towards the Little Green Valley you can stop and get a wonderful view of Snow Valley and Keller Peak. The trail takes you back to a beautiful "Little Green Valley." We recently just visited in the Spring and the meadow starting to really bloom. Can't wait to go back and see how everything looks.
Definitely a hike we will do many times.

Beautiful drive out past Big Bear lake on the back side, less traveled area. Neat old wood mining structure and fun exploring around the mine site, wild flowers and quartz rock.
