Another all time favorite. The pastries here are incredible, and well worth the drive. I could eat here daily. Highly recommend the creme fraiche scone with homemade jam.

I take the kids here for a walk, playground, river wading afternoon. Popular with dog walkers, and quite manicured grounds. Lots of parking, the weekend farmers market is great, and there's a nice library across the street with a used bookstore on the lower level. Bonus points for being near Crossroads.

Easy and peaceful swimming spot with picnic tables, playground, and an area for boating. Sweet hiking trails, and lifeguard too. My kids love this place as there are plenty of families.
