There are some menus and restaurant flyers in the kitchen drawer to the right of the sink. Also in the same drawer directions on how to use the nest heater if needed. The TV is easy just turn the remote on. There are some coffee capsules above the coffee maker feel free to use them. There is a long rope key chain with the pool key on it and a key to the shed on the patio.You can use the shed to lock uo whatever you like. The pool gate is out the patio back gate and to your right. The propane tank is full for your barbecue pleasure. Some barbecue tools hanging on the inside of the shed door, the rest in a bottom drawer in the kitchen. If you light the fireplace (Key on mantel) light the lighter hold down on the glass then turn the gas on low have the lighter in position on the glass to ignite. With the sky lights in the bathrooms it looks like the lights are still on so always double check to make sure you did turn them off, thank you so much. You can walk down to the San Juan Hills Golf course it is open to the public, they serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have concerts on the weekend. If you play golf, there is a book in the menu drawer telling you about the course. There is a first aid kit in the master bedroom bathroom. The washer and dryer are self explanatory but the directions are in the cupboard above the dryer. The switch to the floor lamp in the living room is on the entry light panel on the left. Please leave porch light on at night , but turn off in the am please. You can also take a beautiful drive along the coast to the beautiful Laguna Beach, full of shops, restaurants and beaches. Or go down to the Dana Point Marina with plenty of restaurants and coffee cafe's and walk around the marina it is a beautiful walk. If you are down in that area on the corner of Golden Lantern there are two great restaurants, Jimmy's Grill and Mahe's both very good. Have breakfast at Proud Mary's on the Marina over looking the Marina good Bloody Mary's and good food.
