Sentosa is a popular island resort which is connected to the Mainland city by road, cable car, pedestrain boardwalk and monorail. Attractions include Resorts World Sentosa, Universal Studios Singapore. Visitors should explore the iconic Malaysia Food Street in Sentosa, which has a repilca in Resorts World Genting. It offers hawker style food, like Chicken Rice, Curry Fish Head, Penang Char Kway Teow, Penang Prawn Mee, Wantan Mee, Bah Kut Teh and Coffee and drinks. Getting there: There are various options, but my own preferences are: 1 From Braddell, take North South Line towards Marina Bay. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut and take North East Line to Harbour Front (end station). Take bus 123 or RWS8 outside Vivocity to Sentosa. 2 From my house, walk to Blk 10P where there is a special shortcut footpath leading to Caldecott Station. Take train (Circle Line) to Harbour Front (end station). Take bus 123 or RWS8 to Sentosa. 3 From Braddell, take North South Line to Orchard. Take bus 123 outside Lucky Plaza at Orchard Road. The bus will go inside Sentosa (3 drop off points). Use the underpass to cross over to the bus stop. (Note: You can also take the Monorail (Sentosa Express) at Vovocity Level 3 to and from Sentosa - charged for trip to Sentosa but free on return to Vivocity.)
