Stunning trails with fantastic views. Some excellent swimming holes in the summer and a range of walks from ten minutes to several days. We can offer advice on good walks and may be able to offer drop off and pick ups for a small fee. The arataki visitor centre is a great place to learn about the local flora and fauna.

Great small beach for swimming when the tide is in. It's shallow and safe, although a little bit shelly. Check out water quality and tide times at safeswim.org.nz.

New Lynn is 3km away and is one of Auckland's main regional hubs. Trains or buses can take you into the city and you can catch a busy from Green Bay to take you to New Lynn or into Auckland.

Titirangi is a little village suburb in the bush and is 3km from our home. Plenty of cafes to enjoy or grab an ice cream and go to the roof of Lopdell House and enjoy the fabulous view!
