This is probably the best concept store in London, combining fashion, home decor, and a cool bar/restaurant all in the same building. It stocks the finest and most avant-garde work of British designer-makers. Inside the huge building is a warren of themed rooms showcasing everything from ceramics and textiles to stationery and handmade jewellery.
I’m a big fan of Katie Brinsley’s simple white ceramics and Eleanor Bolton’s jewellery. And watch out for the store’s regular collaborations with designers like Camille Walala, when they transform parts of the shop with colourful murals.
Clerkenwell London
155 Farringdon RoadThis is probably the best concept store in London, combining fashion, home decor, and a cool bar/restaurant all in the same building. It stocks the finest and most avant-garde work of British designer-makers. Inside the huge building is a warren of themed rooms showcasing everything from ceramics and textiles to stationery and handmade jewellery.
I’m a big fan of Katie Brinsley’s simple white ceramics and Eleanor Bolton’s jewellery. And watch out for the store’s regular collaborations with designers like Camille Walala, when they transform parts of the shop with colourful murals.
There are several great shops on Redchurch Street, but my favourite is shoe designer Tracey Neuls. Her style is so British—classic shoes with a quirky twist. I’m in love with her hot pink fur boot, just adding a little punk again into shoe fashion. The shoes hang from the ceiling, so you can view them from every angle.
Walk around the corner to Rivington Street, where the Society of Designer Craftsmen has a gallery space that showcases the work of emerging British makers.

74-78 Marylebone LnThere are several great shops on Redchurch Street, but my favourite is shoe designer Tracey Neuls. Her style is so British—classic shoes with a quirky twist. I’m in love with her hot pink fur boot, just adding a little punk again into shoe fashion. The shoes hang from the ceiling, so you can view them from every angle.
Walk around the corner to Rivington Street, where the Society of Designer Craftsmen has a gallery space that showcases the work of emerging British makers.

He specialises in African print fashion and is a great example of London’s avant-garde independent fashion scene. His colourful design collection is just amazing. If you’re looking to spice up your wardrobe, this is the place to come.

You could pick up a tea towel or oven gloves featuring a colourful print of pineapples with her signature motif, a guinea pig.
