My strong vote for best Mediterranean food in town. Small, family-owned. Only about 8 or 10 tables. Very friendly. Tell Ashley that "brother" Mark sent you. Also see Zorba's, Couscous Cafe, and Jerusalem Cafe in Edmond.

My favorite Thai food in town! Beautiful plating. Everything I've had here has been good. I'm partial to the curries, the pad thai, or the chicken cashew (AC3), all made with tofu instead of meat.

It is basically acres of scrubby cedars and tall grasses surrounding a lake bed that is alternately dry or full of water depending on the time of year and how much rain we've had. One can hike or bike the dirt road that circumvents the perimeter of the property.

The east side of the lake is a good place to walk, run, bike, and even fish. There is a park at the southeast end and the dedicated bike path to the south connects directly to the Oklahoma River and eventually takes you all the way around to the Boathouse District and Bricktown.

Sightseeing
Site of the 1995 terrorist bombing. Very beautiful and serene. I like to go here late at night when in a pensive mood and walk around the reflecting pool. Very peaceful.

The initial offering of the still-to-come Wheeler District, located right along the river just south of downtown. As I understand it, the ferris wheel was imported from the Santa Barbara pier in 2014. It's nice.
