Conveniently located on Niman area. Very high quality beef/meat imported from New Zealand and Australia, plus shrimp, scallops, mussels, and fresh vegetables. Seating was comfortable with effective fan (much appreciated with true charcoal grilling) and nice selection of beers and wine.
Service was friendly and excellent. THB 555 per head was worth every Baht. Same meal would be much, much more in Bangkok. Presentation rivals top restaurants anywhere.

There are 2 of them so don't get mixed up between Ristr8to Lab and Ristr8to Coffee, around the corner in the same Nimman area. This Lab feels much more exciting, as it has a much larger open concept compared to the original place. They are both, however, the same business, so fret not.
I really love their coffee blends here, as they are especially bold and experimental with their offerings. They even have coffee and alcohol, served in skull glass cups made by them, and in test tube looking things served cold.

OOOOOOOOOHMYGOD this is the the most DRAMATIC bingsoo ever! Couldn't believe its LARGE-NESS and it's so delicious!! The bingsoo is for 2!!!! Delicious because it's not just shaved ice, there's chocolate, coconut syrup. I ordered the chocolate lava, and it's fluffy marshmallow-like cream (thick and foamy) and chocolate, plus chocolate syrup on the side for more chocolate. Overall it tasted SO GOOD. It's so big that I should have ordered the mini bingsoo instead... anyways. Vacation is not about counting calories! I also ordered a Tiramisu latte although it was already my 4th coffee of the day. That was good too!! Thick, creamy and chocolatey! Want to come back and try everything!!!!!!

She was from the China Conservation and Research Center for Giant Pandas in Wolong. This girl is very active nd eats alot! It has been so drifting to watch her eating a pile of bamboos. Her mate is Chuang Chuang. Both of them look very healthy and happy.
The place is very clean. I cant see any garbage and waste. Every visitor keep the srroundings clean.
