Sea Turtle Inc. identifies these nests and moves them to a safe compound until hatched. There are dozens of scheduled releases during the summer months. Great place to Grill with the family or go fishing off the Jetties! AND you can watch SpaceX Starship launches from the jetties too!!!
You can also see ships and vessels going in and out of the Port of Brownsville through the ship channel from the Jetties.
Beach is public so expect to have a very full weekend with locals.

I like this small quaint little place. It’s snug and small but quite unique and terrific drinks.
If walk past the bar as you enter, there are some water paddle boats and motorized water tiny boats for the family. You shouldn’t miss it.
