Very nice sit-down restaurant with delicious culinary delights, full bar, lovely coffee, friendly service, fabulous patio dining under the famous Pepper Tree and cozy indoor seating in the rustic dining room and in front of the fire in the bar area.

A 30 minute drive from the Cottage over the hill to Lukes and then go for a walk on the beach to catch a stunning sunset. Gourmet Pizza, salads and charming quaint setting overlooking the beach.

This is our favorite stop for a beer and a feed on the way to or from Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. We highly recommend the scollop burger with kumara wedges. Lot's of good brews and nice wines to choose from, indoor/outdoor seating. An excellent place to take in a rugby game with it's big screen and lively locals.

This is our favorite stop for a beer and a feed on the way to or from Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. We highly recommend the scollop burger with kumara wedges. Lot's of good brews and nice wines to choose from, indoor/outdoor seating. An excellent place to take in a rugby game with it's big screen and lively locals.

Great fun place, food, drink, sports, fun. Just 5-7 minute drive to Coromandel town center. This is our favorite hub with its bar, sporting events, pool table, pub menu with items prepared and delivered from the Pepper Tree Restaurant next door. Indoor/outdoor seating, gaming room.

A must see natural feature just 5 minutes up the road. Wonderful refreshing swim under the falls which are an easy 3 -5 minute walk from the car park.

Wonderful 20-30 minute easy walk through an ancient Kauri Grove located just above the Waterfall. Beautiful scenery all through and access to longer walks including the summit and Castle Rock. See our website or contact the info center in town for more information about walks around town.

Quirky, world famous kinetic sculpture park just 2.5 km the 309 Road. Definitely worth a looks and also has a nice cafe.
