Guidebook for Hawkhurst

This fabulous gasropub is less than 2 minutes walk from where we are, they serve food until 9.30pm they also have a wood fired pizza oven which does take out, they don't deliver so you'll need to collect the pizza. The food is fantastic and it is worth booking a table, they always have good local draught beer and there is a charming pub garden.

This is a fish farm, where people can spend a day fishing, or looking at the grounds. It has a wonderful cafe that is very popular locally, lovely home cooking and generous portions. It opens at 9 am for breakfast
