Nice breakfast, brunch, lunch and coffe place. Not so far. Taxi cost about 40 baht to Pan road from my condo. Walking takes about 15 min.

The best and biggest Sunday brunch buffet in Bangkok. Abit expensive, 1900 baht or 2440 baht with free flow of wine, but worth it.
