You can book some tours online but the best way to visit is going to Central Norte (either by subway or by Uber), where you can take a bus to the Pyramids every 30min. I highly recommend you to go early morning, 6am, to get to the pyramids around 8am, then you can see the hot air balloons (you can also book them online).
