Very beautiful spot to go sightseeing Mt. Washington and all other mountains around. You drive up McKenzie pass and there’s all kinds of lava rock. It looks like you’re on the moon!

Beautiful spot to go hike. It does have a pretty steep trail going down in to the main trail. Big cathedral spikes and formations make this place spectacular

Beautiful hike in the summer. It is quite steep but when you get to the top and you get to see all the falls, it’s amazing! Take a bottle of wine, crackers, and cheese and you’ll have a little picnic after your hike up to the top. Breathtaking!

Hiking
Nice trail along the river. The McKenzie is blue here and truly amazing. There’s also a little restaurant in the area. The hiking trail is wide and not hard. Great place for kids or elderly. It’s also great for a runner.

I love to take my dog here to go for a run. It’s absolutely beautiful and has maintained trails. It also has restaurants if you want to stop and have a bite and just look at the mountains.

3 mile hike around beautiful mountain lake. There is also a restaurant there that has outdoor concerts in the summer

This is an hour and a half drive, but well worth it. I have never seen anything like it.
