Good Chinese food round the corner from the train station and a few minutes walk from the house. Large portion sizes and I really like the cocktails here. There is a pub section too as well as a private room. Can also fill up with Chinese tour groups in the summer

The best Chinese restaurant in town for a wide selection of dishes. They don't do a large selection of dim sum but the ones they do in a set are yum! My favourite dish has to be the shui zhu yu which is "boiled fish" this is a spicy dish and contains fish, vermicelli bean sprouts and I wish I knew what the flavourings were!

The best french restaurant in Oxford in my opinion. They have a very good value lunch set menu around £15 and all the dishes are delicious! The desert is to die for as well! I believe it's opened by Raymond Blanc.

Drinks & Nightlife

Great pub which does a good selection of drinks but also serves great food! They have a very good value lunch menu with items to be had for under £10. I especially like their sweet potato fries. Also the pub is very close to the centre of town and is just by the river walk which is a beautifully scenic walk into town
