Getting around without WIFI DATA - KOSOVA
Every café and restaurant in Kosovo has WIFI. So in any given case, you need WIFI while on the route, hop-in and ask for it politely, they will kindly provide it. If you would like to navigate through the city, 90% of the youngsters here, do speak English quite well. If you speak to the older ones, they tend to speak more German or Slavic languages.
I would suggest downloading the offline map of Kosovo for better navigation if you don't have data.

Getting around by TAXI within the CITY
The taxi service in Prishtina is quite cheap when compared to any other taxi service at any other country. Taxi services here charge you about 2-3 euros to move around the city, and are always a good option if you want to reach places fast and conveniently.
They also can make special offers if required to go somewhere further than the city, ex. at any other city of Kosovo. If you arrange it with the driver, he can send you somewhere, wait for you, and get you back to the city once you're finished with your visit.

Getting around the CITY with KIDS
Kosovo is a veeery kid-friendly environment. We just literally adore and love kids. Every once in a while, you can see a stranger approach kids just to play with them, or grab their cheek to show his appreciation for the cuteness of the kid. Don't get alarmed if anyone approaches your kid and want to just play. In Kosovo, people smile at them, grab their cheek, ask for a hug, or ask to play with them time to time.
