Great food here. They use local, seasonal produce, a little imagination and it's reasonably priced for the quality. On summer days there's a beautiful garden overlooking the lake and in the winter, a snug open fire.

Four Marks is around ½ mile away and has three small "express" supermarkets: Tescos, Co-Op and M&S Simply Food attached to the BP Service Station. There is an Indian restaurant and take away, Chinese takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, hairdressers, bike shop, florists, opticians, bakery with coffee shop and a chemist. You're just about covered for every-day essentials!
