My 2nd favourite for fried variety seafood. It’s right on the commercial fishing wharf in Cap-Pele, beside Aboiteau Beach, and features informal indoor or rooftop deck dining - and a seafood market. They often have live music on the deck.
Unfortunately this restaurant burned down in late 2023 and plans to rebuild have not been made public.

Known for having the best selection in groceries in Strait Shores as well as having the lowest prices, Loella’s also features an ice cream shop, second hand store, gift shop, beach gear, fishing supplies and tons of locally-produced products. Also, fresh seafood in season.
Not only is it close by, but the market has the best selection and lowest prices in the area - and their focus is on local purchasing.
