The underground is the fastest way to get around.
Kingsbury Station (Jubilee line) is a 12 minute walk from accommodation or a 5 minute bus ride to the station. Kenton Station (Bakerloo line) is a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride from accommodation. There is a good local bus service. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk to the main road and the 183 bus will take you to Kingsbury Station/Kenton Station. From Kingsbury Station it is a 30 minute ride to Central London.
