The Subway
Although super convenient, one thing to note about the subway is that it can be a little confusing. There are multiple train lines that run on the same track that have different destinations. Be sure to check the destination on the screen before boarding. Sometimes, if they are performing repairs on the tracks, a train might run on a different track. Keep your eyes and ears open!

Central Park
Whatever you do, go for a walk in Central Park, I especially like to do a loop around the Jackie Kennedy Onassis reservoir which you will hit if you walk straight from the apartment to the park.
