Herne bay pier is home to a number of food and craft stools as well as a number of rides and activities for the kids. The beach is full of people smiling and playing. Just a short walk away is the town centre with a mix of high street and boutique shops.

Canterbury is the closest city to the Lodge and it has all your city favourites such as good places to eat and some retail therapy. What makes Canterbury special is that it is full of historical architecture. Spend the day soaking in the history and enjoying good food :)

This is an interesting experience. Dine in the cafe while being surrounded by fluffy cats. If you are a lover of animals, I would defiantly recommend giving this a go. Something a different to tell your friends about when you go home :)

Something a little special for kids and the kid In you. This restaurant is kitted out to look like the set of Alice in Wonderland. Great attention to detail and homemade cakes. I must see experience, but make sure you book in advance.
