This place holds one of the strongest bonds to our national identity. Try and find the statue of Karel Hynek Mácha. Great Czech poet and patron of all people in love.

It is basically a clif right above the river from where you can see the city and have a beer during summer. People like to hang out there a lot, plus the whole Letná area is a good place to find small bistros, cafés and various shops.
